Last May we unveiled the beginning of construction of the first phase of the «Rendez-Vous Marchands M », a multi-faceted project that combines an innovative project combining residential and commercial elements.
Once completed, M will represent a total investment of approximately 150M$ and will offer 1 million square feet of rental space, this project will create 1500 jobs, 400 of which will be in the first phase alone.
A QUALITY DESTINATION: The first building is presently under construction, a Holiday Inn Express & Suites from IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group), the world’s largest hotel company. A service station, restaurants, financial institutions, retail outlets as well as rest areas will be added during the next few weeks to create a real small town feeling. Some of the first well known businesses will be Ultramar, Scores Restaurants, Caisse Populaire St-Hyacinthe, Antonio Moreau and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites of St-Hyacinthe. Other established merchants will be added shortly to the « M’s » roster.
AN OUTSTANDING LOCATION: This lifestyle center is located strategically near Exit 133 of the Trans-Canada highway (20).
